Scenario:
For example, User x1111 called UCCX Trigger 84315 and when it connects the call with Agent 3333. User-1 can only see 84315 not the agent extension and detail.
For this we need to check in the call manager.
1- Login into CUCM GUI.
2- Open System -> Services -> Call Manager
3- Search “Always Display Original Dialed Number” and change it to False it is true.
4- You can check the name display option if you need to change after transfer the call.
